The Song of the Seas

In the brilliance of the sun,
The shiny splendour blue,
It reaches the shore,
Swishing as if on cue,
Like it wants me to hear,
Stories of ships lost,
The places it has seen,
The battles it has fought.

Darker than night itself,
In the darkness of the night,
It just wants to hold on,
It waits for the light,
It whispers in my ears,
Promises of clear blue,
What it doesn’t know,
colour ain’t all that true.

  2. It cuts through the lands
    It cuts through the soils
    Cutting through the ice
    It aint afraid to toil

    All that matters
    Is the soul is bares
Be it you Be it me
    No barrier No fear

    Who better to know
    That color is the veil
    What lies beneath
    Is what makes the tale

    All you need
Is to let the guard down
    To drop all your fears
    And just lend a ear

In the darkness of the dark
And the light of the light
    Trust in its beauty
    It heals with its sight
